Hello! My name is Daniele Johnston and I am an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I’m incredibly honored and humbled by the opportunity to support each family's unique feeding journey! I fully understand that breastfeeding is not without challenges. I am committed to providing practical and emotional support to nursing moms, and our work together will reflect YOUR values, desires and feeding goals.
Tina grew up in the Treasure Valley, and is a BSU Nursing grad, where she finished her degree in 1985. After moving to California, she worked in a busy Labor and Delivery unit for eight years, retiring to be a stay at home mom to her four wonderful kids. After her children were grown, Tina began working as a DONA Certified Birth Doula before deciding to go back to school at UCSD to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Her clinical experience included the postpartum unit, outpatient clinics, private practice, and NICU. Happily back home in Idaho now, she is passionate about empowering Treasure Valley parents to nurture their children in their own unique way, and is honored to be able to foster confidence for parents in the newborn stage, with all of its joys and challenges.
In her spare time, Tina enjoys road trips, camping, skiing, kayaking, and spending time with her adult children and grandchildren.
Hello, My name is Ben Meibergen and I currently live in Meridian, Idaho, and have been an Idahoan since 2010. I began my education with Rolfing™ 3 years ago in beautiful Boulder, CO. I attended and graduated from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute®, and have been practicing Structural Integration in Eagle, ID. ever since then. I am also studying CST through Upledger University.
I'm Jill and I am so thankful to be part of the beautiful Family Seasons team. I began my practice as a pediatric occupational therapist in 2008. When I was introduced to cranial sacral therapy, I knew it was the next natural transition for me. I love working with adults in addition to shadowing Lynnelle as I learn pediatric CST. As a mother of two wonderful children, I also want to support women with CST through all the challenges and celebrations of motherhood.
Hello- I’m Megan. As a mom of seven beautiful people, I am thankful to live in a place that offers so much diversity for us to learn and grow. I’m a Craniosacral Therapist, seeking certification in lactation counseling and preparing for a class in pediatric CST. When I’m not spending time with my family, treating clients or pursuing my education, you will find me behind the front desk, fully enjoying the love that is Family Seasons.
Hello! My name is Capri! I am a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) with Family Seasons as of
March 2022. I have a huge passion for mothering mothers that has been driving me to this work
since 2017. Once I found my path to be a CLC, it grew into something more. Fall of 2022 I will be
taking two doula courses to start my certification process for birth and postpartum doula work.
My heart and focus is to encourage, validate and walk alongside people. I have completed CST 1, CST 2 and SER1.
I also hope to complete longevity and aging coursework to assist with quality support of the aging population. I am looking into becoming a grief life coach to assist those who have experienced a death in their circle of influence.
I'm a native Idahoan. Growing up here has afforded me the luxury of living near most of our family. My husband and I spend time as friendly rivals in local speed competitions. I also love quilting, scrapbooking, traveling and NASCAR. We have two grown children and two amazing grandchildren.
Hello, My name is Sharina Jensen, and love living in Idaho! I wear many hats in my life and love each one of them. I am married to my sweetheart and we have 3 beautiful children and 2 dogs! I have worked with supporting families and the unique challenges that a family can face with their children since I was 17 and I have not looked back!
I am always looking for new ways to help and support those I have the opportunity to work with. It led me to Doula work and through that path and my love for breastfeeding I also continued my breastfeeding education, it is a crucial piece of the postpartum period for many breastfeeding dyads. I am a Certified Lactation Counselor, (CLC), and was certified in August 2016 and have been supporting those with breastfeeding questions, education, and concerns since that time. I love supporting those at any point in their journey from pregnancy through weaning or anywhere in between that.
